Boat Captain

We are seeking a experienced and licensed boat captain to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our boat, ensuring the safety of passengers and crew, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain the boat in a safe and efficient manner

· Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and safety standards

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of crew members

· Maintain accurate records of boat operations, maintenance, and safety inspections

· Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements:

· Valid boat captain's license (e.g. USCG Master's License)

· Proven experience operating a boat of similar size and type

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

· Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards

· Physical ability to perform demanding tasks and work in a marine environment

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with operation of single screw vessel and the maintenance of mechanical equipment.

· Additional certifications (e.g. first aid, CPR)

· Knowledge of local waterways and navigation channels
